Ningbo CCMS Industrial Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer and exporter of metal castings and CNC precision machined parts in China. We have many different casting processes, such as investment casting (lost wax casting), sand casting, die casting and various precision machining. After more than 20 years'' development, we have gained rich experience in casting manufacture and gathered a group of skilled workers and veteran engineers with superior engineering level. Our annual production capacity exceeds 4000 tons, about 70% of which are exported to occident, such as North America and Europe, etc. We own the most advanced testing facilities, such as spectral analyzer for material chemical composition test, tensile strength testing machine, impact value tester and hardness meter, magnetic particle testing machine, sandblasting machine and heat treatment equipment. Besides, there are numerous advanced equipment in the precision machining workshop: seven CNC lathes, one 630mm diameter general lathe, one milling and boring CNC center, one grinding machine, two general milling machines, threading machine and six large-size drilling machines for max 40mm holes.
